We’re sorry you’ve changed your mind but understand things come up.
If your bouquet has been produced, its delivery cannot be cancelled. However, if your flowers haven’t begun prepping at the farms, you’ll be able to cancel your order and receive a full refund with just a few clicks.
To cancel an order:
Simply visit your Order History, click Order Details next to the Bouq, then click Cancel. Your order will be cancelled and refunded (please allow anywhere from 1-5 business days for the refund to process).
